Mission & Vision.-

The Indian Endodontic Society (IES) just completed its 26 years of glorious existence and along with it "Endodontology" its 25th year of continuous publication.

IES already has 16 chapters in different parts of the country including Mumbai Delhi Banglore Manglore with the following aims:

To endorse the collective efforts of members in the field of Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics. By publishing regular periodicals, journals and other media providing core knowledge of the subject, Which will have wider and unlimited exposure of data nationally and internationally and will enhance sharing of knowledge. And updating one with most recent methods, materials and equipments.

To organize scientific meetings, seminars at periodic intervals on Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics with specialisation in the subject concerned in India and abroad.

To create a web of awareness in public interest and enriching society by quicker and better amenities and conveying preventive measures.

To come together and form a body that represents the professionals on various issues related to the study and practice of Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics in India. Use of the fastest and modest means of interaction such as online literature, informative websites which will aid in imparting knowledge rapidly through out the globe.

Indian Endodontic Society (IES)is a non profit organisation and was registered in 1989 under the Societies Registration Act 1860 in Delhi.Ever since its inception, IES has been an active scientific body in the field of Endodontics. IES is also an active member of Asian Pacific Endodontic Confederation (APEC) and International Federation of Endodontic Associations (IFEA). IES conducts its annual congress every year and it attracts participation from all over India and around the globe. State-of-the-art plenary presentations by leading experts, seminars on important aspects of current research and daily poster presentations encourages an interactive and inspiring exchange between participants. IES in 2017 organised the "19th Scientific Congress of Asian Pacific Endodontic Confederation" which was attended by 2000 delegates from India and 40 other countries.

Aims & Objectives of IES:

To develop and maintain high standards of endodontic research, teaching and clinical practice. To organise seminars, continuing education programme and workshops to achieve the above objectives. To bring out a bi-annual publication in the subject of endodontics. To cultivate and foster professional relationship throughout the country and abroad.

Become a Member There are two categories of membership to IES.

LIFE TIME MEMBER – Those pursuing or holding post graduate qualification in Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics

ASSOCIATE MEMBER - Those holding graduation certificates of BDS or any other dental Post Graduation Certificate

FEE STRUCTURE:

Life Time Member: Rs. 5000/-

Associate Member: Rs. 6,000/-
